Despite the lack of updates on the site, we have been very busy at SMOS. Our Outdoor Education class can now be taken for Northport High School Credit. SMOS has been working with one student of the high school, along with the Lions Club, in organizing Northport’s first ever international sprint triathlon. One of our instructors has finished his 4-H Rite of Passage training and is working on finalizing his 4-H rock climbing instructor certification. To top it all off, we are actively working on the SMOS catalog for the upcoming summer session. Activities and classes will be finalized in our next meeting on the 11th of May.
